In the Netherlands, illuminated lights dance across the fields. Daan Roosegaarde’s GROW project uses photobiology light science technologies to create art and increase crop yield. Certain combinations of blue, red and ultraviolet (UV) light can enhance plant growth and may reduce the use of pesticides by up to 50%.
