Architects go high tech with 3D spatial surveys

How can 3D spatial tech help architects create brilliant buildings?

LARKI supplies exceptionally detailed 3D laser scans (LiDAR) and existing condition architectural models (BIM) via a fully online platform.  This accelerates architectural design and planning permissions and saves costs.

Compared with traditional 2D surveys, 3D surveys are up to: 300,000x better resolution; 8x cheaper; and 700x faster to receive.

Uniquely, LARKI aggregates 3D point clouds captured from 3D laser scanners on planes, cars, drones and tripods and then rapidly converts these to 3D architectural models and drawings.

Architects get precise existing condition models downloaded in minutes.
