- Distant - the ability of robots to operate from great distances - for example, robots in the Pilbara (for Mining) or robots on Mars (for exploratio)
- Deployable - the ability to be moved to a place where they can be used when they are needed - at scale - for example in emergency response or defence.
- Dimensional - has the capacity for expansion or adjustment to varying scales or numbers - for example - swarms
