A Rural Students' Cafe at the Royal Easter Show

post-image

Students from rural, regional and remote locations of NSW came to Sydney to experience commercial cooking and cafe service at the Royal Easter Show.
Everything on this tasting plate is made by the students who are studying Certificate II Hospitality and Certificate II Kitchen Operations courses.

We very much enjoyed our lunch which was very well presented and served with enthusiasm.

Participating schools include Whitebridge High School, Lightening Ridge Central School and Gundagai & Tumut High School.

What do you think?
