A legal bot alleviating the complexity of discrimination-related legal processes

Tech4Justice (owned and controlled by The National Justice Project) has collaborated with Macquarie University, Josef Legal and K&L Gates to build automated chatbots that will aid people who have suffered discrimination, such as racial or disability discrimination, to make a valid complaint to the Australian Human Rights Commission. Although still under construction, these bots will alleviate the complexity of navigating discrimination related laws. This is particularly useful for people from a non-legal background who may have difficulty understanding the law and/or how to make a valid complaint.
